I heard about the sermon below on Way of the Master Radio during a conversation between Dr. Phil Johnson and Todd Friel. Where’s the gospel? I see self help and therapy. I wonder how much longer this gimmicky, sensationalistic, babble will continue from the pulpit? I pray that it is close to running it’s course. I also pray for God to lead folks away from this stuff and into a local church that preaches the gospel.

It’s all about the shock right? Get back to preaching the gospel. That might be a shock.
I heard about this man and his challenge to his congregation. Surely every Christian couple desires intimacy -spiritual, emotion, and physical with their God given mate. I just cannot imagine the Holy Spirit leading anyone in such a direction…such superficiality! I think one would search in vain for such a challenge from a Piper or a MacArthur or a Carson.
I cannot imagine the snickering that went on behind his back as he spoke to the secular media…ugh!
